Step 1. Fill out the form here to register for AGS 2019 Fall Membership.*

*Note: Form must be downloaded and saved to the desktop then reopened in Acrobat Reader for it to be interactive and be sent digitally to Adrien Lowery.

Step 2. Submit $15 fall membership dues by going to the cashier's office** in the KANE building at RCC or by bringing in a check/money order made out to to AGS Riverside. Use account 94042 for the transaction at the cashier's office.

**NOTE: Send a photocopy of your receipt to Adrien Lowery if you pay at the cashier's office or bring the receipt in with your application to hand it in personally to one of the executive members.

Step 3. Submit your unofficial transcript showing 3.0 or above GPA to professor Adrien Lowery.
